Lynne D. was drawn to quilting when she lived in London, Ontario in the 1990’s. In the early 2000’s her family moved to Abu Dhabi. Lynne joined a guild and started to make progress with various quilting courses. Back in PEI in 2011 Lynne joined the Kindred Spirits Quilting Guild and learned Crazy Quilting.  Since joining VQG she has been busy practising and practising, trying to become more confident at free motion quilting…and finishing all her UFO’s.

Debby G. has been quilting since 1998.   Since then she has made well over 600 quilts of all sizes & won 6 first prize ribbons in the local exhibition in Nova Scotia.  She has taught classes &  done in-store demos on various patterns & techniques.  She sells quilts & original patterns through her website as well as hiring out as a “hit quilter”, or quilter for hire.  She will be showing mostly wall hangings which have been hand appliquéd and hand quilted.

Janet M. has been quilting since 1998 but has sewn and and done handwork since a child. She will be showing a variety of quilts and other hand crafted pieces she has made over the years.
