We are located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
The purpose of the Guild is to promote and encourage interest in the art of quilting by conducting meetings, public exhibitions, educational seminars and training courses, to advocate good fellowship among members and to assist the community, using the skills of the members of the Guild.

WHAT WE DO

We meet the second Wednesday of the month from September to June.  See our Meetings page for general information about our meetings and our Programs page for details of each program.  We also host several workshops throughout the year – details can be found on our Workshops page.

HISTORY

“Aunties” shown at our 2012 Show.

In February 1994, a small group of quilters felt that the time was right for Vancouver to have its own guild. The Vancouver Quilters’ Guild (VQG) was registered as a non-profit society in June 1997. Since then the Guild has fluctuated to include between 50 and 100 members.
