The Guild has an excellent library of approximately 400 books on all aspects of quilting and related subjects. Members in good standing may borrow up to four items at each meeting, which are to be returned the next month.

Every year we acquire new books on topics of interest to quilters of all skill levels. Periodically the Library committee organizes a sale of books. We do appreciate donated books, but due to limited space and possible duplication of content, we can’t always accept all donations.  Members are encouraged to send emails suggesting new purchases or submit reviews of existing books to library@vancouverquiltersguild.com.

We have our extensive library catalogue stored on LibraryThing.  This interactive site allows you to explore all the books we have on offer.  You can investigate our catalogue of books on the VQG LibraryThing website.  For help on navigating the catalogue, see our LibraryThing – How to Use page.
